FROM REQUIREMENT TO CONFIRMATION

Requests reach transporters whose operating states cover the route. The bidding window runs for one hour.
Select early, or compare up to five finalists after bidding: the lowest valid bid from each rating group.
The transporter reconfirms. Share a contact from your directory, coordinate the trip and leave feedback after completion.
After bidding closes, the shipper has 30 minutes to choose. The selected transporter then has 30 minutes to reconfirm. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmation.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST REQUEST
Eligible transporters submit and can lower their bids during the one-hour window. You can select a transporter before it ends. Otherwise, up to five finalists are shown: the lowest valid bid in each of the five rating groups. Fewer groups with bids means fewer finalists.
The transporter needs operating states that cover both pickup and drop locations. Check those states in the transporter profile. Receiving bids depends on participating transporters and their availability.
Current requests are for today only. The app does not currently accept future-date requirements.
Posting uses one coin. If the request expires without any bid, that coin is refunded. Cancelling yourself before any bid does not refund it. Cancellation after bids are received, or after confirmation as applicable, can incur a 50-coin penalty. Review the app's confirmation before cancelling.
No. You can register and explore first. Submit your business and verification details for admin review to activate bidding. Approval is a manual review, not a guarantee of service quality.
The bid is rejected when the confirmation window expires. The shipper can choose to continue with another available bidder through the fallback flow. A request with no shipper selection within the selection window is cancelled.
The Android internal-testing APK is linked below. It is not a Google Play or App Store release. Live SMS delivery and notification behaviour should be checked on your phone before relying on it for a live trip.
